Vivian Nguyen is a San Francisco-based filmmaker in her senior year of high school. With a background in visual arts, she has received Scholastic Art Awards and exhibited work in galleries across San Francisco, including Incline Gallery and Upper Market Gallery. This visual foundation informs her work in film, where she is currently an SFFILM Youth Resident and a contributor at Sunset Media Wave, a youth art collective and publication. Her work has been selected for festivals including SFFILM and Chicago International Festival youth programs. Nguyen will be heading to NYU Tisch to study Film & TV in the fall.
